• Paul spent two years visiting Bulgaria, studying different areas of the country, Bulgarian law and company acts, we have employed Bulgarian directors with experience in business an tourism, of whom manage the projects with Paul and his advisers.

• Paul owns a holiday Home in Caleta De Fuste in Fuerteventura which he purchased off plan 4 years ago and he personally invests in projects off plan.
• He saw the potential for the property market whilst on holiday on the Island 4 years ago, he met up with his business colleagues and set up as an agent to sell properties for developers.
