About Lozenetz

An undiscovered treasure where the Standzha mountains meet the Sea, situated on the edge of the Rompotamo National Nature reserve located on the South Black sea coast. Lozenetz in our view is a new property hotspot in a up and coming area. Lozenetz is around 60 kilometres South of Bourgas airport, the 35 to 45-minute drive takes you via the ancient and most picturesque town of Sozopol and through the National protected nature reserve of Ropotamo, which is a protected breeding area for Pelicans and Storks. A beautiful river follows the road to Lozenetz of which has protected species of water lilies and butterflies. The beaches along this South coast are amazing, just stretching for miles on end and everytime you turn a corner you discover a new beach.

The town has a good infrastructure with bars & restaurants, and a few small shops for your everyday needs. There is a fantastic restaurant / beach bar recently built with breath taking views, various water sport activities including a surf club are promoted in the village.

All foods served locally are fresh daily, with all vegetables being grown locally and fish caught on the same day as they are served in the restaurants. Living costs are extremely cheap; on average a meal in a restaurant with wine and beers is around 5 to 6 GBP per head per adult.

You can drive or Taxi to other small towns and villages within a few minutes either side of Lozentetz. Duni, Kiten, Primorsko, Tsarevo and Sozopol are all within 15 minutes drive
